A region, as conceived by the iCluster Ecosystem, is a demarcation that is virtually delimited from the interaction of predominant economic activities, geopolitical characteristics (eg, municipality, county, province, territory, city, metropolitan area, country, union, etc.), business environment, barriers and/or incentives for economic integration and other socioeconomic factors that define it under the current regulation or under an agreement signed between representatives of the parties authorized with legitimacy.
